If you are a seriously committed, elite level hockey player looking to elevate skill, play, power and performance to the pinnacle of your potential, our 8 Week Summer Hockey Intensive is for you. This fully comprehensive and very demanding program is designed to equip you with all of the tools necessary to achieve and surpass your goals. Top level dryland and on-ice training, combined with our mental coaching/leadership development and sports nutrition programs will challenge you both physically and mentally. As we begin our 8 Week Summer Hockey Intensive, all areas of our training protocols are heightened and intensified. Strength, power and explosiveness training as well as dynamic balance and stability, speed-agility-quickness drills, core conditioning and other elements are now executed with a high sport specific application. On-ice sessions are increased and intensified with a major focus on game ready conditioning, skill and execution. At the conclusion of Fitlife’s 8 Week Summer Hockey Intensive, our players are peaked and prepared to step into training camp and make an immediate impact!
This program runs 5 days a week (Monday-Friday), with 2 hours of dryland training everyday and 1.5 hours of on-ice training 3-4 days a week. Divisions are as follows:
